Processing time

• All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
• Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Saturday are processed starting the following Monday.

Delivery time

• Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 7–10 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or weather.

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on every US order.
• Optional Priority Protected Shipping is available at checkout for $4.97.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. We ship with trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL.

Shipping issues
